Three ways to work together. Take the site on its own, or take the site with the lead system behind it and let us keep both running.
The higher monthly covers more of the work over time, so the build price comes down. Managed is cheaper across a full year; Managed+ is easier to start and gets you changes every week instead of five a quarter. Pick based on how often you expect the site to change.
A text change, an image swap, a price or contact update, or an adjustment to one section on an existing page. New pages, new features and redesigns are quoted separately. Unused edits expire at the end of the month or quarter and do not roll over into the next.
Your domain and your lead data are yours on every plan. On Launch the finished files are handed over once the balance clears. On Managed and Managed+ the site stays live as long as the plan is active.
Every plan begins with a 50% deposit, and the balance is due when the site goes live. The full terms are on the policy page.
